Dude, those things are crazy. Where did you get them? There is a clever clue, deviously disguised within each of the images posted! Only a master of observation with a keen intellect could meticulously piece together the seemingly invisible clues to read the destination you seek. In short: read the bottom of the letters, you nearsighted muttonhead.

I honestly didn't think that bureauofcommunication.com was a legitimate source.

It's been a while, and while I'm too lazy to illustrate this at the current time, it's so straightforward that it needs no accompanying images. The Itty Bitty Wallpaper Rotator does exactly what it says on the tin. While an inherent function in Windows 7 (and a subfuction of a widget in Vista), this is absent in XP. Additionally, even for those with Vista/Win 7, it has some extra features the built in one does not. As the name says, it is lightweight, and has no lengthy installation. The downside is that as far as I can discern, it has issues with both .pngs and .gifs, while .jpeg/,jpg work fine. Also, at least on my vista machine, it wants to write something to the registry when you close it, although it is denied access; specifically it wants to write your preferences, but because the draconian security policies in vista/win 7, you have to futz with permissions to let it to, and it's not really worth it.
