There's an E# as much as there's an Fb, easy as that (in terms of piano, in which you CAN be that accurate... unless it's freakin' WAY out of tune and then who knows what's coming out). If there had to be a gay note, wouldn't G make sense anyway? Or maybe a G A E chord?
