Good point. This might have been location-specific. They wanted you to feel bad for the aliens in general, not just the South African ones, so that's all they showed. I bet if they showed the ones living in America you'd see them with pimp canes and Dr. Seuss hats; but then you wouldn't feel so sorry for them. It would be like "The OC", but with Cthulu-esque aliens.

Ha! I can just see it now... "Next time, on the OC - Pimped-out aliens attempt to buy Orange County and turn it into Orange Cthulu - Can they succeed? Stay tuned..."

yay! then it will become an intergalactic hit TV show. And everyone in the universe will get to see just how good we have it in the OC. And they'll want to come and invade but would be scared, cuz alien pimps would be here now, ALIEN PIMPS!
Oh also, a bit of information that might not interest many, but Peter Jackson has chosen this guy to direct Halo.

Who's this guy? A Cthulu? Wow, they're moving up the social strata faster than I thought they would. Should be an interesting movie

At this point though, we really could only trust an alien pimp to direct a video game movie.

I wonder what video game would it be. I'd say, it would be Street Fighter: The Movie: The Game: The Movie.

Incidentally, can you think of any Movie to game adaptations that you enjoyed playing? I do remember playing a while back Independence Day: The game, and I thought that was ok. I'm sure I'll remember more later, how bout the rest of y'all?

I generally avoid them as a rule of thumb.

I have the Stargate SNES game, and I really liked it back in the day. The Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves NES game was pretty cool, too. I'm sure I've played more, I'll remember them in time.
One thing that was crazy about the Robin Hood NES game, is that whenever Robin Hood died, he didn't just die, he was annihilated in an explosion so big, it was made up of like fifty smaller sub-explosions. It was pretty crazy.

Heh, you know, I keep forgetting Kevin Costner is that old. Oh yeah, what about Hook? Didn't you say that was a pretty good game too?

I'm sure I'll remember more later, how bout the rest of y'all? Apparently Chronicles Of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay, is a really good movie adaptation. From Russia With Love isn't too bad either, it's a pure, fun action game.

My personal movie-to-game award goes to Blade Runner. I've played that game so many dang times that I lost count four or five years ago. Best stinkin' title is all I've gotta say about that
