Depends on the day, and it can vary week to week, but generally evenings.

I see. Well, I do believe Anta and I are free on tuesdays and thursdays. By the way, that game, Doom3, don't get it. I've only played probably three levels and it's the most repetitive thing ever. So far it's all the same: Kill things and find the card required to get to next area. Hmm, that sounds vaguely familiar. It's one of those game I'll have to force myself through. I'll just let you borrow it.

And that's different from the original Doom games how? Sounds true to it's roots to me, which is an awesome thing in my book.

It was quick. And yes I can see how it can get repetitive. Unfortunately I didn't get to see the omg hellz levels and mostly just killed zombies and imps. No chainsaw. Not that dark. Not Perfect Dark dark.

Yeah, can't complain. Downloaded the Battlefield 2 demo but that doesn't seem to be working.

You can thank EA for that.
Though, I'd like to know, what kind of error are you getting?

Don't know. The screen blinks as though it were loading up but then it goes right to desktop like nothing happened. Looks like a download/installation error but since it took so long to download that POS I'm not exactly fond of giving it another whirl. Especially if it pulls the same crap because some other reason like the video card or who knows.

It's black, flat but not really flat, has a bunch of letters on it, and the power chord connection is all fickle.
But really it's a standard Inspiron (I loathe this pseudo-word) B130 from a year ago. I'll post the real specs later.

I swear when I saw that expression in the comic I bust a gut.
Also, keep in mind Blowfish, those are the minimum requirements.
Think about it like the minimum requirements for life. Sure you may have a basic metabolic cycle and can reproduce, etc, but that doesn't make you anything greater than a slime mold.

I never check specs when it comes to demos. It's like playing the lottery.
And Kuat's meeting the minimum requirements for me not decking him. Those being a continent away and my own sense of civil morality.
