It crashed today. Godamn it. Stupid overheating issues. I am left now only with my xbox and my crappy pc. I am truly fucked now. For those of you that already have 360s, I hope you kept your receipt, cuz that will be useful when yours crashes too. Buy a fan for it too, its only 20 bucks. For those of you planning to get one, don't.

Yeah, every time I turn it on the 3 red lights of death flash and nothing appears on the screen. I'm trying to see if I can still get it repaired even though I don't have the receipt.

OH SHIT! So this is what happened...
I called the customer service support guys and told them everything about my console. They're going to send me a box so that I can ship it to their service center where they will repair it and send it back to me within a month. All of this free of charge. I don't even need a receipt.
I will never say anything bad about Microsoft again. If you're thinking about getting a 360, go ahead. You got three years for it to break down and be made like new again.

My console did the same thing a while back and Microsoft just extended the warranty to three years, so it can break a lot from here on out. My console was very bad off so they sent me a new one an also sent me back my broken console that may or may not work, I have not checked if they fixed that one yet.

Yeah, I have been planing a wedding and had a few odd jobs keeping me busy to have some extra cash. Also the way I used to get to the boards was through the 4guys and a dragoon page.

Well, it broke down. AGAIN. Hopefully I can get it repaired again, considering that I still have the warranty, and the fact that it's the fault of whoever the hell is manufacturing these things for Microsoft. Anyway, I have to admit that I also wanted this to happen, so that hopefully I can get the newer version with the added heat sink and 65nm microchip before the warranty runs out.

I was laughing more about the fact that Microsoft is horrible at basically everything. My flatmate, for example, can't change the operating system from Vista on his laptop because the BIOS manufacturer made a deal with Microsoft to rewrite the BIOS to only accommodate Windows Vista. Also, their resent Yahoo purchase as I mentioned is frightening.
As for games; I beat Bioshock (both endings), Assassin's Creed, Portal, and HL2: Episode 2 . I have been playing Oblivion but have taken a hiatus as my character seems to have the speechcraft of an asphasia victim with a case of tourette's.
