The Right Brain vs Left Brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise? www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,22556281-661,00.html If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa. Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it. LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS uses logic detail oriented facts rule words and language present and past math and science can comprehend knowing acknowledges order/pattern perception knows object name reality based forms strategies practical safe RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS uses feeling "big picture" oriented imagination rules symbols and images present and future philosophy & religion can "get it" (i.e. meaning) believes appreciates spatial perception knows object function fantasy based presents possibilities impetuous risk taking

Needless to say, my default perception is clockwise but it's easily changeable when I focus on the legs.

Interesting. Strongly clockwise for me. I can't even wrap my head around making it appear counter-clockwise.

Hmph... After a bit of effort I managed to see it counter-clockwise... but now I can't get it to change back again, heh...
Edit... Oh, there we go.. It went back on its own after I spent the time to type that..

Mine seems to have settled on clockwise also.

I like how when I look at the whole picture it looks like it is clockwise but when I concentrate on the legs (whether the leg is in front of the other leg at any given time) it switches to counterclockwise.

Does this mean I can make my toilet water swoosh in the other direction?
