"You are bizarre..." Comes from a skit done for the 2003 MTV Music Awards which comprised of a complete The Matrix parody starring JC and Alex Kutcher. The line was done by Will Ferrell, who played as The Architect.
"Sometimes why..." Not sure where this one comes from..

Heh that reminds me of another one!
"Machines!" It's also from the MTV sketch when Morpheus talks to Zion. It goes like this:
Zion Citizen: Oh look there's Morpheus, we're not sure but most of us have heard there is going to be an orgy at his place later tonight. Morpheus: Zion, it is true what most of you have heard! Zion Citizen: Whoo! Hey Morpheus, what can we expect at this orgy? Morpheus: MACHINES!
We've actually used that one, but I don't remember under which circumstances, but I would assume it has to do with seeing some sort of robot or machine on-screen.

Heheh, which reminds me of yet another one.
"I know, it's the stupidest thing I ever heard." Also said by Will Ferrell as The Architect. In context with the skit they were talking about Frogger, or if you prefer, Highway-Crossing Frog. Usually this line is stated after someone refers to something being stupid, and the meme user agrees using this line.

Actually the correct line is "I know, its the LAMEST thing I ever heard." And I do believe it is actually used when someone says something is lame. Personally I've only heard it used by Shane, apparently because the way I say "I know" reminds him of the line.

Maybe because that line is about as cool as "highway crossing frog". Heh, well if you say so, Mr. Picky-pants. I thought it was one of the funnier segments in the skit. Ergo, vis-a-vis, concordantly, I'm correct.

Added 3 memes and a new section to examine the progress of a potential meme. I'm giving ones posted in that section a 6 month waiting period before I put it in the log. I am questioning whether I should keep track of these memes, but not post them here.
If the whole Highway Crossing Frog situation is as you state, Vivi, then it go in a section for memes used by a specific individual or a specific group of individuals. Until then, it stays off the log. (Incidentally, it seems like we just say that something is "lame/stupid/ect" more often than not. Are you certain you and Shane used that line specificially?)

So I was just checking around the old good ol' threads and ran across to this one. I think it's time for a meme update, we just all gotta remember what's new. Anyway, I know of at least one that's not around here used by at least three people, "Smells like Mars Volta." I'm sure the two memebers who started this could explain. Also, is "Sean!" one yet? It should be.
Also, how about "I am truly fucked now!" While hitting your fists to your chest. It originated from the Hitler-Xbox the only video game console he is left with is a shitty N64, leading him to proclaim "I am truly fucked now!" while hitting his fists to his chest. Usually used when someone is in a similar situation and left with only one thing.

If you can get someone to back you up on that Smells like Mars Volta statement, then I'll put it up. I certainly will add "I am truly fucked now"

Ok, fair enough. Have any context for it?

Well, one thing I used to like doing was finding an excuse to listen to music no matter where or what I was doing. Thus I had a stereo in the bathroom for those times when I would take a shower and use the bathroom. One day Andrew and Pat were visiting and I happened to go to the bathroom and play some Mars Volta while I was doing my business, leading them two to comment on how it would smell like Mars Volta when I would come out.
So the context is usually when I go to the bathroom.
