On Wednesday. WHEN I CAN'T GET IT. Oh well, I'll get it on Friday.
Also, rumors of Radiant Silvergun getting an XBLA release make me very happy.

One things that sucks is that I've been distracted by so many other shooters (Triggerheart Exelica, DoDonPachi Dai Ou Jou, etc.) that I completely blew off my Ikaruga training. Ah well, it shouldn't take long to get back into the swing of things.

Well, I'm happy you like Triggerheart Exelica, I was afraid I'd recommend something you'd regret spending money on.

Triggerheart is MORE than welcome on my X-Box, especially considering that 80% of 2-D shooters never make it to the U.S. The whole grapple-and-throw gimmick makes the game all the more addicting also.

Looks like this has been a vertical shooter month for MW.

Looks like this has been a vertical shooter month for MW. Indeed. And I think there are more to come. I have SO many shooters at my disposal, and am finding sources for many more. Also, I am working on a few secret projects involving vertical shooters as well. Stay tuned... Welcome... To vertical shooter YEAR.

This is what shooter fans in JAPAN got for pre-ordering Ikaruga on the Gamecube. Japan kicks so much ass. I'm moving there.

I admit, that's a pretty awesome pre-order gift. I'd certainly drink alot more at the least.

Seriously. Why get drunk, when you can get drunk... IKARUGA STYLE.
Probably won't help your game any, though.
Unless you're me.

Is it some form of Drunken Vertical shooter playing style?

Is it some form of Drunken Vertical shooter playing style? I call it the "Bullet Drinker" technique.

Just recently the #1 Ikaruga player in Japan said that the Xbox release is a bad move. He goes on to say that the enemy placement and changes in the boss shooting power.
Well if your memory of the game is broken than I am sorry if all your time spent memorizing the game is now worth nothing.

I suppose it is an incentive for people who have played the game to buy it again. Does it include an ending where Shinra doesn't kill himself too?

There is an alternate ending where Shinra and Kagari bail out before their ships explode and ride off into the sunset on the back of a whale, waving.
