So wait, are you saying that psychology is and is not, at the same time. It just exists, but is undefinable or irrelevant? That is from the point of view your writing about.
Cool beans Adrian. I have heard that USC is one of the great places to go for a future in film entertainment.

Don't ask me any more questions, I retract my criticism of Psychology for logistical reasons.

Weird questions Kuat. Now that you have been at being a doctor so long what is your take on the various medical shows? The ones like E.R (Oh my god it is so depressing it makes me want to slit my wrists and its has reruns in the morning when you should be getting started on your day while it starts with making you feel like crap. Although it may be the most realistic view of a actual E.R.), House (I love this show), Scrubs (Preaty funny), Grey's Anatomy (Holy crap the drama is so overdone), the endless amounts of soap operas, and Nip/Tuck (Haven't seen it). Well the answer might be you don't have time to watch it, but I was just wondering.

I know, I was asking about the paper. Whats the conclusion when science loses objectivity? Heidegger never explicitly refers to science so it is hard to answer that. I'm sure there is some Heideggerian crony that criticized science according to his philosophical work, maybe Kuhn, but that is too difficult to say certainly (without doing injustice to Heidegger or Kuhn). Anyways, a lot of Philosophy is "let the chips fall where they may" when it comes to the application, at least on the structures. That takes more forethought than I can tell you. As for the Latour paper, that is more focused on science but argues that science is a combination of objectivity and subjectivity than simply subjective (denying objectivity). And this way, I would say he is more true to Heidegger. It isn't "what is true to reality and what is true to ourselves." There is an necessary binding between our mind (choices, concerns) and the world (physics, objects). Science asks the question (concern) of the world (objects) and yet our concern is influenced by originated it the "nature" of "objects" as it were. (This post brought to you by a night of drinking and relationship problems (trying to escape them, ha ha) I know there is a lot of confusing theory here, but it is necessary in answering the question)

The medicine is like someone took a legitimate case and wrote a story around it. It's about as accurate as you can get, at least the first season. I don't know if writing has changed, so I'll reserve my statement for what I've seen. I heard that there is more Duh-rama, which sucks because I watched the show as a mystery of the day, not soap fest with a cripple. As far as the other medical shows, they are crap as far as the medical aspect IMHO. Haven't really gotten into them that much, as I see enough grouchy faces in white coats and scrubs as it is.

Yeah, there's more drama in the later seasons of House. A shame, really.

I've never seen House. I've only watched Scrubs, and a lot of Scrubs at that. I'm a fan of the Dr. Cox character (who I am told his similar to House).

Congrats, it is the experience of a lifetime to go off to college. Although, I think I may have started it or the post-human machine with his comment. I got to ask, what is going to be your major?
