I'm sure that most of you know this, but for quite some time now I've been indulging in the hobby of video editing. I found that I really enjoy making music videos by editing footage to music. So far I've been using anime as footage, but soon I'm going to branch out into original hand-drawn animation and live-action, as well. This thread is here to serve as an archive of all of my videos, and to provide ease of access. In order to download them, you need to get an account on www.animemusicvideos.org first, but it's free, so no worries. Once you do that, my profile is www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_myprofile.php?user_id=813670 and from there, all of my videos are listed. You might get bugged about donating, but don't worry about it, you don't have to. If for whatever reason the video file isn't playing back properly, it may be a codec problem. Simply go here: www.cccp-project.net/ download and install CCCP and it should work fine. Anyone who is interested can download and check them out, and I'm interested in what feedback all of you might have. I did put a lot of time and effort into these, though, so just take that into consideration when you do respond. Thanks, and enjoy. -------------------------------------------------------------- Video listing:

You better become the most super-duper editor ever, because you're going to be editing my movies while I kick back eating my Frosty and my fries, barking orders at you.

Heh, well some people have said that I'm getting better with every video, and I'm certainly learning new things with each one.

I should go back to editing, what program do you use? I've been thinking of making mock music videos to songs I like. That ought to keep me trained.

I use Adobe Premiere, but there's a lot of different programs out there that people prefer.

www.uscollegebuy.com/0ab/asl.htmThis is a super good California community college ONLY offer that's going on at the moment starting last October. I'm ordering the CS3 Master Collection this week, going for 519.00. Keep in mind, most other student discounted prices are sitting around the viscinity of 1,000.00 for the same package, and the retail prices are somewhere up towards 2,000.00. So if you're interested, yes, this is an awesome deal for Adobe software. They also have Microsoft stuff. Edit: After a closer look, they might not have Premiere offered as a standalone product, but you can still get a smaller package that includes it..

Why don't you put your stuff on youtube?

Because Youtube's video quality leaves something to be desired.. and the only feedback I'd get there is "Whoa! Awesome!" or "Fail. Outlaw Star sucks." Yeah.. I'll pass.

Quality? Good thing it won't change much then.

Yes, you should do that. You should also come over. That might help things along.

I finally got around to uploading my latest AMV, Relentless! I actually completed it roughly a month ago, but didn't really get it uploaded properly until now. Same deal as covered in the first post for downloading. I also updated the first post a bit, and added a listing of all of my videos so far, completed with snazzy video links.

Buttons are awfully nice. With this Relentless one completed, will you start on that hand drawn animation music video project you were thinking about?

Yeah, I plan to. I've put it off for what feels like eons now. We'll see how it goes.
I think I'm going to prioritize getting some regular artwork done for a little bit first, though.
