This was the first MP3 player I ever had. I think I was in 9th or 10th grade. It used a propriety disk by Iomega (they made those huge floppy disks called Zip) that were only around 40 megs in capacity. If I managed mp3 files well enough, I could maybe fit in around 10 songs per disc and I had around three of them. I used it mostly to make the walks to and from school not so boring. It did its job. Here is a picture of the disks it used: If anyone remembers, they used a futuristic version of them in Minority Report that projected movies or pictures on its surface. Man how times have changed. I've got whole albums on my iPod now. Do I have to worry about room? Not yet.
