Ok, Andrew et I just saw this movie. Quite simply the greatest thing ever made! The movie has the greatest climax of all time. I can't even explain the plot but it's worth
anyone's time worth watching just for the ending. I'm still thinking about it right now and how awesome it was, in fact, it was so awesome it's like I was able to see how big the universe was and my head exploded. Like in hitchiker's.

This wouldn't be in any way related to the game under the same name, would it..? I suppose it couldn't be, since you seem to like it so much...but...I suppose it's always a possibility.

Yeah, I rented it a few days ago. Ever since Ichi the Killer, I've been interested in seeing more of Takashi Miike's films. I just rented MPD Psycho the movie(haven't watched it yet). He directed that. I also rented a horror film he did called Gozu, but I didn't really like it that much.

Well, I bought Ichi the Killer.
The uncut version.
Good. Freaking. God.
Yes, Googly, the version we watched is a butchered version of the real film. The uncut version is a thousand times more graphic, a thousand times more disturbing, and about ten thousand million times more gory.
Look into finding the uncut version and watching it. But I'm warning you now: It's the most graphic movie I've ever watched. Hands down.

I didn't even realize that it was the uncut version until I started watching it and noticed that the torture scene at the beginning was about four minutes longer. That's when I knew something was up. Oh and another thing: When I say this movie is graphic, I don't mean fun graphic. This movie has some stuff that is VERY disturbing to watch. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Oh, and one thing that really makes me mad is that I bought it for 24.99 from simply kids at the mall.
And I just found out that they actually DO have it at Best Buy.
In the horror section.
Where we didn't look.
FOR $11.99. That really irked me.

Musical.
Go rent Oldboy by the Korean director Chan-wook Park. One great friggin movie. You'll love it.
There are some sexual scenes but these are essential to the plot. Nothing frivolous.
Oh, and it's pretty bloody. But you like that.
