They have to make mechs a whole lot faster and able to crawl if you want to use them in the field, or at least able to fly. Something like that is simply a sitting duck, one that slowly moves.

Cruise on down the street in that thing, pick up a few chicks, and hit some cops with those projectiles. All at three miles per hour.
