Just looking forward a bit to winter vacation, wondering what everyone's plans are. My plans though may make me a bit scarce, as I will have tests and the boards to study for. Sadly I had also told my parents about such things and well... I'm essentially grounded, to an extent even worse than the little one ;D. Bit of info on what I'll be taking: Click here, lol.In any case, what's everyone hoping to get for christamas as well? |

For some reason, you don't sound like Brian. Maybe it's just me. That test looks hefty. It makes me a little more confident on my own test but the fact that I'll never become a doctor is a relief as well. To bad you can't spend more time with us for Christmas. In which case, I was planning on getting more books read and pictures painted but that just me, of course. Perhaps you guys can release the comic this break? It would give you a head start.

I'm Brian's evil twin, Briadro! No, it's me allright. Just been a bit overworked lately, and have had a few setbacks of sorts. Maybe this has an effect on my writing? As far as the comic is concerned, we've got up to page 25 or so written, just need them drawn. Those involved with the art are either doing character designs or stuff for the site, in addition to taking care of their own concerns, so actual work on the comic is gonna be a bit delayed. Myself, I can't wait to see our work actually drawn and posted, as we've got some good stuff planned out. What books are you planning to read, by the way? |

Ah, those test certainly look fun, but even you can become a doctor in Three easy steps.
In any case, I just hope to get a little rest and relaxation myself.
Though, I do wonder if this will end up turning into a giant wish list thread.

I plan to work more than usual this Christmas "break". Gotta love Disneyland. I've been busy as hell with school projects getting due and finals approaching, and I've had zero time to spare with comic stuff. I'll get back on it after finals of course though, once I've had a breather. As far as pages, however, Brian is right. While the majority of the actual designs and sketches have been completed, there's a bit of art and design work for the actual site that needs to be done first before we really start releasing pages. If I wasn't working so much over "break", I'd say that we might actually get some headway on releasing a few pages of comic, but as things are I wouldn't really count on it. Things are definitely moving at a satisfying pace all things considered, though.  Oh, crap that's right! You guys need me to submit my battlefield expertise! Ah yes, that's right. Where's that battlefield design I asked for ages ago? |

Well I, on the other hand, have been really busy, beating tons of games. Yup yup. I've been playing a whole lot: Dead or Alive games, Silent Hill Series, Fatal Frame Series, Resident Evil Series, Half-Life Series, and that's about it. Winter break will pretty much be the same, but I'm looking forward to hanging out with everyone, specially since brian and patrick are coming down.

Guild Wars singlehandedly ended all optimistic/idealistic feelings I had for MMORPGs.
No, I don't want to fetch said item or kill some stranger. No, I don't want to jump through more hoops to get more spells (not that I want them, mind you, but I would be dead without them). No, I don't want to go to yet another land where the plot can be milked even further.
I lost my patience when I got to Kryta. And now that I see that there are two new worlds (Cantha and Elona) in addition to Tyria, I could care even less. I can take only so much campy fantasy kitsch.
