J. Mascis has lost it. What happened to Witch?

Mascis hasn't lost it, he's just over-produced it. I bet everything on Beyond, the name of the new album, will be sicker than sick live.
Witch is on hiatus as J is out recording/touring with Dino. Their label is selling a 20-minute documentary for 7 bucks on their website, though.

Over the last month, I have completely changed my opinion on this album.
Once I got over the fact that there isn't the wall of guitar that I was expecting, I realized this whole album is glorious. "It's Me" (the song that got me into the album) sounds the most Dino-ish and wouldn't be out of place on Bug, "Crumble" is just beautiful, "Back To Your Heart" is classic Barlow, "We're Not Alone" is perhaps the best optimistic song I've heard in a long time.

Hope you guys dig it. It is far less abrasive than what some of you might have heard of Dinosaur Jr while being around my person.

No, it turned out that they didn't release it on CD after all.
And I don't have the money for a turntable.

Did you try downloading it?
EDIT: This is the kind of moment when you shove "we-can-play-it-all-ness" in Sony's face.
EDIT (the sequel): Then again, WTF omar!

Because you are inferior. You have all the recessive genes.

I wish that were true. The men on my father's side have some damn freaking strong genes. If you looked at photos of myself, my dad, his dad, and his dad's dad at the same age, you would think clones.

That's kinda creepy actually. Maybe you're some sort of top secret experiment?

Imagine how your dad must feel looking at you. I'd get confused.
