A friend of mine (and Sean, and Shane, and Val) is looking for roommates. His name is David. He's cool. He is getting an appartment in Woodbridge Meadows. Across the street from IVC. The appartment has been newly renivated. It will have 2 master bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. As far as I know.
If David can get 2 roomates the cost will be (for those roommates) $525+1/3 utility a month.
If David can get 3 roomates the cost will be (for those roommates) $360+1/4 utility a month.
So you know, David is paying more than the roommates. Any questions call me or David at 1-650-269-7894. Thanks.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm modifying my car to include a wash room and a refridgerator.

If an anyone needs incentive, I can tell you that it'll be like living with the Blue Ranger, or Peter Parker.

Oh I totally would like to share an apartment with him.
... ...
If I didn't already have a kickass studio in New York.
Heh, who's the target audience by the way? I don't see anyone here taking up the offer. Except one person, because they have a reason to a certain extent.

His criteria was basically neat, non-smokers. He's getting a new apartment because his last roommate was really messy.

As in you don't see me here trying to sell dissection kit. No one here would have a need for it. This thread is rather random, like Dragoon Mike and his ebay-type scams/posts/etc.

Sara said she'd ask her friends if they would be interested. This is a good place to do so, no? Besides, most of us don't live on our own yet, so you never know who might be considering the idea.

I don't think we were criticizing the attempt, but rather the financial status of everyone on the boards.

Me: Lives in NY Musical: Lives in a nice house. You: Has a nice house. You'd be a raging moron to leave. Shane: Free room and board currently at your nice house. At least last time I checked. Googly: Lives in SF Vampyre: see Above post Mura: Has a nice house. Emi: Lives in Ohio John: I'm assuming "Lives in a nice house" Shorty: Most likely candidate ;D Yeah, pretty much. Either we a.) lack funds and/or b.) Live a home, with free room and board (Or at least heavily discounted room and board) or c.) we don't live in SoCal. Not to speak too freely for everyone, but I can't imagine ANYONE here looking to move out of their house. Then again, there are fools who live in Irvine, yet live on UCI's on campus housing. I never understood that. Unless you pay to live with your parents, you live with tyrants, or you need to be on campus all the time, it doesn't make any sense. Ok, at this point I'm turning into Orson Wells and this thread might as well be "who wants some Findus Fish Fingers".

Can I also add that I am far, far from neat? This may also applies to Andrew and others.
