If you haven't read BLAME!, well, I BLAME! it on you for not reading it.
Well, in any case, Killy isn't really back. But the guy who did BLAME! started a new Manga, called "Biomega". And just like many artists they seem to have reuse characters. So yeah, we already get to see Killy, Cibo, and lolerskates, Sanakan. As for their roles, I only read the first chapter, but it seems it's the same deal.
The plot is technically different, but oddly the same. I see analogs already to the "Net Terminal Gene", the "Safegaurds" and "The Cyborgs", among other factions. However, I was kinda looking for them.
The main difference so far is that people make use of a new set tissues, called "Vocal Chords". As we all know, few and far inbetween had these vaunted traits, but hell, now we even have a talking bear.
