Apparently people are more interested than I had thought by the initial posts, heh.
So here's the deal:
I need to know by July 31st who is coming and when, and you already need to have made your plane/other transport reservations as well, because people have a tendency to drop out at inopportune moments. I'm not going to be stuck in NY when no one is there, I'm sure you guys would understand, so I really do need to know.
I'd really like if everyone came at once, because certain things I'd rather not do twice, so it would be nice if I could show everyone the sights equally. Also, for other logistics I again need to know how many are coming. Preferably you guys should come on September 1st as well (it's a Saturday anyway).
Long story short: If you're coming make your reservations before July 31st (basically a month in advance of the trip). Also, if everyone came at once you can split a cab fare, instead of either a.) paying through the wazoo or b.) Taking the long public trans sojourn from Queens to The Bronx. Trust me you'll be using the subway/bus system enough anyhow. I also need to know how many days y'all will be here, because again if I have enough days leftover I could squeeze in a trip back to CA to see my folks, and I need to make those reservations eventually before the ticket prices get insane.

Looking at ticket prices but need to know the airport in new york that we would be flying to and maybe the address to your apartment so I can look it up in Google earth. also if anyone has already bought their tickets what time the airline says there going to get there and return would be nice.
