Since cosplaying as the Cobra Unit this year was an abominable failure, and that we plan to cosplay next year, I believe the best time to get started is NOW.
As we begin, everyone will be on their own for making their costumes, but as we progress (or finish) it would be best to help others, who are behind in their efforts, complete their work. I know Kuat is going to need all the TLC he can get from us for his costume. We all saw how hard it was for this year's Fury, we need to optimize Kuat's outfit so it's not so taxing on him.
Suggestions for victory:
1.) Set aside money and create a budget
Since we all lack the skills necessary to manually create our costume, it is necessary that we aquire the capital to fund purchases. You may even end up having excess that you can spend in the exhibition hall.
2.) Make a list
Make a list of what you will need for your costume, copy it, and give it to everyone in the group. This will be the best way we can help each other. Also, it will be handy to mark down prices and where to get.
3.) Help each other
This is a group effort, and if we want everyone to do this, let's not criticize someone for being behind. Help them! If you made a list and handed it out, then hopefully others can provide references that they come across in their own travels. If everyone made a budget, they can use excess (if applicable) to help pay for those who can't afford everything, don't hold out! Let's work together on this project. Because you know what they say...
Teamwork is the best work!
