I suggest you all try it out! It may seem a bit cutesy, but stick with it for a while, it's pretty fun. Here's a link: www.mediafire.com/?mzyng2ic4jgControls: Keyboard: Left and Right - Walk Z - Jump X- Everse (in certain areas) ESC - Return to main screen. You may restart from any level you've reached. Or, for like an xbox controller: Pad moves, B1 jumps, B2 everts Discover the rest as the game progresses. Again, I highly recommend this. Let me know what y'all think!

I hope it isn't foreboding that the name of this is a play on "aversion."
DLing now.

Well, I'm game. I needed something else to try my new controller on anyways.
Picky platforming game. Not too difficult, has some good platforming moments and great music, but sticky ledges and odd flow hamper what overall gameplay.
6/10

Figured as much.
It was a pretty straightforward game.

Anyway, the game itself was made for a competition to create a scenario around an idea found in a journal of scraps Lovecraft kept, called "commonplace book", found here: www.lapetiteclaudine.com/archives/011196.htmlThe contest itself was hosted by an independent game makin' group, located here: forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=3865.0Anyway, while the one I posted didn't win the contest (it was like third), I thought it would be a good intro to the rest of them (which you can download from the above thread). The winner (as you can see in the poll in that thread) was one called "verge" which I haven't played yet. So anyway, give some of these things a go. Hey, they are a free, and can provide entertainment in one way or another.

Game should be called "Annoying-ass Pit Hands." Interesting, nonetheless.
