Maybe those were just the good old Golden Days. We did have some Golden Gaytimes after all. Well, there were always luls in activity. and to be quite honest our core posters have never changed. Never gonna give this up. Never gonna let this down. Never gonna run around and desert this.

Eh? What's up with Anta? Shane and Anta were pretty much the only "art savvy" people I had commenting on my art, and now they're both up and gone without warning? Not to diminish my appreciation of everyone else's comments, of course. Exactly. I don't know why, but he hasn't logged on to his account since Sept 4th (for Shane July 16th). This doesn't mean they don't lurk, but whatever the case may be, the boards have atrophied a bit because of decreased activities of one of its main contributors. It isn't just the boards, though. When was the last time anyone has seen Anta in person, or talked to him on the phone for that matter? He's been absent from all of our usual weekly gatherings.

Illustration sketchbook entry #27. It's been far too long since I last drew a dragon, and this one's making a blazing comeback.

Illustration sketchbook entry #28. A bit of a tribute to Mr. Stuffins, a 3 issue comic. Didn't really come out to my satisfaction, but ah well. Entry #29. Anyone who's seen my Traditional Illustration final will probably recognize Rick. He's busy catchin' snowflakes on his tongue. Entry #30. This was a last minute rushjob... so the quality isn't really up to snuff. Ah well.

The next five Illustration sketchbook entries hath arrived. #31. A rough drawing of an adventurer type, very strongly inspired by the Zork games. I could imagine this being the player delving into the great underground empire. #32. A rough drawing of a character loosely inspired by a pyromancer type character I designed a while back. #33. A drawing of Jerry and company (J, Stephanie, and Jim). The core characters that supported Jerry Format in its early days. #34. Another drawing inspired by the same chick from an earlier illustration page. Pretty safe to say that that headset inspired a character that may end up recurring in my artwork. Yet to come up with a name for her, though... #35. Fanart of The Flash, my favorite DC character.

And here comes Illustration Sketchbook entries 36-40. #36. This is the third time this character has shown up in recent artwork... I think I've grown fond of him. He needs a name though... any suggestions? #37. An eggplant monster and a tofu buddy, apparently. This was suggested by a student friend of mine. After I drew this, she told me that she suggested an eggplant monster because my drawing style reminded her of an eggplant. Huh. #38. Apparently egged on by the previous suggestion, another buddy suggested another food-inspired... thing. The skydiving thing was all me, though. This waffle is EXTREME. #39. The initial cast of Jerry's Adventures (I'll continue these lineups to include the rest of the cast). I'm going to start up Jerry's Adventures again from scratch when I get a little time, and finish it for good. This also means that I'm reopening the cast lineup for anyone who wants to be included. So, if anyone wants to be a character in the comic, speak up and I'll integrate you. For seriouses. #40. Megaman, yo. I'll be honest, I haven't played much in the way of his games, but I am fond of the character design.

So does this mean I have to say that I want to be in the comic that I'm already in? Cause I want to be in it.

Don't worry. Everyone that was previously in the comic before already has their spot secured.

It was pointed out by a particularly keen individual that Megaman's gun was drawn far too small. The embarrassing error has since been corrected.

Illustration sketchbook entry #44. The second Jerry's Adventures cast lineup. This has four of the more exotic supporting characters in the cast. The next lineup will be of the villains. Again, new characters are still open. Peter Jarl is the first addition to the new Jerry's Adventures cast. Just give me a holler if anyone of you are interested in having a character in the comic. Illustration sketchbook entry #45. The same person who requested the eggplant monster requested this. Everyone loves Bomberman.

Illustration sketchbook entry #46. The first in a series of 4 drawings showing a hypothetical Day 1, for mine and Sara's FFXIV characters. Scene 1: Inaaca and Anera meet. Illustration sketchbook entry #47. Poketrainer me training my Kecleon. Blindfolded accuracy ain't easy. Illustration sketchbook entry #48. A little late in uploading a Halloween drawing, yeah.. but I got inspired to do one. Meet Jack.
