The shape formed by his teeth looks like a hammer. And since it's a head for body design, his goatee doubles for pubes.

Can't think of a better way to revive this thread than with trusty ol' Punk. Done with brush pen, as is most of my polished linework in more recent times. Oh, and a flat digital backdrop.  |
