Well, of course, they're meant for everyone. I only mentioned Andrew and Adrian because I promised them that I would up them some time ago. Yeah, the uploads are much appreciated.

As thanks for the music, I decided to upload "translation/reconstruction" of Miles Davis' music by Bill Laswell. I need to listen to it more, but I do like Black Satin though. Tell me whatcha think, Googly (as well as anyone else who wises to listen to it)

Cool. I've been wanting some more Miles Davis. I had The Complete Bitches Brew Sessions but, despite the influence of the album itself, found it somewhat unlistenable. I should get the regular album.
As of now, I'm putting together a mix list of Yo La Tengo tracks and hope to upload that when completed.

You said atmospheric and you said scary. Drone metal has tons of both.

Yo La Tengo - Electr-O-Purawww.sendspace.com/file/mh8yx6Here's that Yo La Tengo I was talking about. A full album instead of the mix I was planning to make but it's still really good. Soft, well-crafted indie rock with a sense for eclecticism (one reason I failed to make a mix because they're style literally changes with each song). This band is definitely the antithesis of the Nickelback, Evanescence song-mills. I suggest everyone download this.

Listening to it right now. I'm going to have to listen to it a few times before I make a final judgement but seems pretty catchy so far. Thanks for the send!

It took me a long time, but I finally found some Drive Like Jehu. Here's their self-titled album and Hand Over Fist 7". I think Adrian with be the only one interested in this because of At the Drive-In but if any of you are down to explore 90's music that is actually good than here it is. But I warn ye, here be punk rock. www.sendspace.com/file/h4vs7k
