Man, the guy they got to play John Carter in the upcoming Princess of Mars movie is the guy that played Gambit. Really?! He doesn't even look the part. Oh yeah, I think only one other person will be at least mildly interested in hearing about this.

I was shown this at my Comics job. The comic is a big hit and the movie looks good. I should also mention that the movie script came first. They are using the comic to get interest. This is the teaser trailer. I think its funny. ;D

I will admit, I'm intrigued by the idea of some every guy trying to be a super hero. Usually it's the other way around. I did read a bit of the synopses of the comics though, and I can't help but to think characters like Big Daddy and Hit Girl kinda diminish the dark comedy value of a normal guy trying to be a super hero, but the movie does look entertaining.
It has Nicolas Cage. I'd be up for watching it.
